All five neighborhoods

How this works: your budget is compared with Redfin median sale prices (all home types, three months ending August 2026), except three areas without reliable sold-price data of their own, which use RPR reference figures only: LoSo (the simple average of the August 2026 median sold prices for zip codes 28209 and 28217), the River District (zip code 28278, a much larger area), and Optimist Park (RPR's estimated property value, because it had one sale in August), rail access follows the station locations described in the article, walkability uses Redfin Walk Scores (Wesley Heights 49, Villa Heights 60, Optimist Park 60; none available for LoSo or the River District), and development stage is my description of how built out each area is. Small neighborhoods can swing widely. Nothing here predicts future prices.
